I have just done my third wordle

And quite quickly too!

I'd never heard of that until I saw something on here about it. I had a quick and I know it's a word game where you need to change letters, but is a just a once a day thing or can you have multiple goes? How does it work?

How on earth have you done that - must just be sheer luck, I guess it took me 4 today and my best ever was two. Been doing for a couple of weeks now

Sorry Naomi . 5 letter grid put your first word in - adieu - for example . Correct letter in the right place will be green : correct letter in wrong place will be yellow: letter not there will be grey

NAMOI, this is the same idea but you have no limit on how many words to solve each day and you can try to solve longer words.

Yes so do I Pat I spend a lot of time doing all sorts of crosswords word searchs etc etc but would consider myself very lucky to get it in one

but why would you even consider that word ?
are you using a scrabble type technique as in
four X 1 point letters and
one X 3 or four point letter ?

It's on the television - Lingo (can't remember whether BBC or ITV) in the afternoons.

I'm actually put quite a lot of thought into it rather than guess.

Yes, sort of like Scrabble. And knowledge of word construction (and some luck of course!!)
