I was going to say Management Consultant (who will claim any original ideas created as their own) or perhaps Continuous Improvement Specialist (or similar fancy name for that role)

are you wanting to know what to call yourself? Because if you are, I don't think the title matters nearly as much as what you can offer.

A good ideation/innovation consultant shouldn't need to ask for ideas though woofgang, so that can't be the case.
Having said that, management consultants in my experience were good at getting ideas from the staff and then collating them and packaging them up as their ideas
