My aunt has some shares and when she receives any dividends she is always taxed on them although she is an O. A. P. and doesn't pay any tax. Is there any way she can reclaim this money?

Since 1999 it has not been possible to reclaim tax on dividends. It may be that your Aunt would be better off re-investing the capital elsewhere, but this is obviously dependent on a lot of factors.
