that means a benefit that doesn;t cost the company anything. ie extra half hour lunch time, or an allocated parking space. etc

darned if I can remember the term :-)

Nope - its a 'perk' thats doesn't cost anything to the business. Its driving me mad!!!!

Mmm there is a definate term for it. (Bednobs - in our company we have parking spaces - those who don't have one have to park way up the road and walk in - as its a cost already it costs the company nothing to allocate it as a perk. Same goes for the extra half hour now and then. I still have to do my work - I just work faster :-) )

Cheers anyway guys - I will have to keep on searching. Its a term I 'remember' using from my economics/business courses. Just escapes me at the mo..
