Carbon paper is hard to get these days and a lot of the staff can't hand write very well.
Did you mean "two State benefits" rather than "State two benefits?"

I think you mean "list the benefits of using equipment in your office to support the admin processes"

Computers are faster than hand writing
You don't need filing cabinets
Scanning and emailing is faster and more secure that sending something through the post
1. Use the electric kettle to make tea or coffee for them.

2. Use the microwave oven to heat their meals for them.
Benefit 1 Saves paper and therefore trees
Benefit 2. Mail merge get to lots of people, all at one. (Be careful before you press 'send')
1) Using the electric stapler avoids potential claims for RSI from employees - at least until an unexpected power-cut occurs.

2) Paperclips can be used to pick one's nose; it's far more hygienic than using a finger.

I tried really hard to think of something more strategic but, on this one, it really was quite a struggle.
I'd never use a paper clip to pick my nose but they are excellent for digging into fillings and generally causing havoc to teeth.
I usually agree fully with buildersmate but he (as has Prudie) has overlooked the usefulness of paperclips for cleaning one's ears.
And no-one has mentioned the telephone or fax machine which seem to be a much cleaner solution than carrier pigeon for the delivery of messages
