Hope someone can answer a question....

Should a report be addressed to a person at the customers, or just the company name?

Also, if two people look after a customer's business, should both their names be on the report as the compilers?

Thanks

re names: whoever complied it should have the name on there, if it was 2 people who actually did the report then 2 people's names should be on
re address, surely that's up to the way you want your business run, or the organisation recieving it, If someone sent a report to my work address, there are 2000 people who work here, so hw would it ever get to me?
