im just about to be blacklisted, does that mean that every1 that is living in the property with me is also blacklisted??

There is no such thing as being blacklisted. I assume you mean that you have had adverse information registered against you and this means just that, ie. that it is registered against YOU not the address and therefore does not affect anyone else living there unless of course the people you live with were jointly responsible for the debts.
Common mistake that is made in relation to credit status - there is no such thing as 'Blacklisted' - you may have adverse credit in your name, but this will not affect tother householders unless they have financial ties with you. The government has just passed new laws in relation that is held against people by credit reference agancies - it is now individually based and fairer.
