At the beginning of the tax year I opened an online account with Natwest so that I could open an online isa as it was 'best buy'. I don't usually transfer the old isas into new because of the loss of interest while they transfer, but interest rates on some of them have gone very low so I thought I would put most into Natwest 3.51%. I am still waiting for my pin to operate the online account, so I can't pay money into an isa. When I looked at the comparison sites to see if others are having the same problem I could not find the natwest isa mentioned. It is still on the website. What do they know that I don't know? Has anyone else tried to open an isa with them and how long has it taken?

Don't know but i'm about to try - in a branch which might be different. I'll be looking to do it on the spot.

Don't think this particular one accepts transfers in though - just new money
