This will depend upon the settlement of your seperation/divorce and you will either have to negotiate between the two of you who gets what, or it will be decided by court if you cannot agree. Basically, everything you both own and owe will be shared out, this also depends on kids, debts, etc. Mediation can help in these situations and you can be referred by your solicitor....
