It is April and the UK has been in "lockdown" since March 23rd, just over one week.

How has this affected your weight?

At this time there may be new factors that are having effects on your weight. This could be anything from stress, comfort eating or a lack of exercise.

Hopefully everybody is keeping well.

Stable at the moment, walking more, and doing a lot more housework that helps. no coronabum yet

Shouldn't have been so smug, a sudden five pound increase... Boredom eating
I weighed myself this morning and then forgot to check in. My bad news is up 2 pounds. Hmmmmmm. I know exactly where that comes from and am ashamed to say but better do so....popcorn.
Popcorn is supposed to be healthy... I won't risk it. I can't get through it by the bucket load
Only if it’s dry popped Rowan and then it tastes of nothing.
I do it dry and sprinkle it with garlic pepper and smoked paprika
