Porridge Recipes Please?

Hi I am on the Slimming World Plan and fancy having porridge for breakfast.Does anybody have any tried and tested recipes with Syns or without.Thanks.

Put half measure of oats and one measure of water into a bowl. Bung in microwave for 4 minutes, sprinkle liberally with salt then eat. Forget all the fruit crap.
Cleoval, you should try choc and orange overnight oats, delicious, up to 60gm porridge, 125ml skimmed milk, tbsp 0% fat natural yogurt or greek, your choice, tbsp cacao nibs, tbsp cacao powder, tbs no added sugar marmalade, mix together and leave in fridge overnight, add some orange segments in morning, Porridge is also lovely cooked next morning having been soaked in skimmed milk o/n, or you could try, for a slow release breakfast to keep you going for most of morning, porridge cooked as normal then add tbsp of no added sugar peanut butter (if you're not allergic) and fresh banana, no syns for any of those recipes and all delicious

Hi I don't have a microwave.
then you need overnight oats. Yoghurt and porrige with fruit put in a pot overnight in the fridge
I put a banana and blueberries in mine, I don't eat again until early evening, drink plenty of water. Good luck.
There should be a lot of recipes on the Slimming World website. Your consultant is there to give you advice as well. The overnight oats is delicious.
