I have just started doing the couch to 5K and really enjoying it so far and I know I will need a decent sports bra eventually, but is there anything I can use to improvise one in the meantime?

I have a cropped top. I think I bought it in Primark years ago. It is close fitting a really does the job. Or I wear a swimsuit over in my bra.

If it's extra support why not wear an extra bra over the top for the duration?
