good afternoon everyone,not to happy ,got weighed last night and put on 5 lbs.i know its shocking,i have my sister staying with me for a week(going home tomorrow)so i am blaming her,i have just ate all the wrong things and ate all her favourites.this afternoon i am sitting with my planner and choosing my weeks meals,and i am going to 'pro point'all my food,i must get back on track.onwards and downwards.
