what cardio is best or losing weight?

I normally do 30 mins a day on:

the cross trainer
the exercise bike

15 on the rowing & treadmill.

however i am not noticing a difference. t5he scales are staying the same. :( and my clothes are not lose.

Exercise alone won't cause weight loss, you need to look at your diet. Reduce the amount of fat and replace junk with healthy stuff, but do it gradually so that your body can get used to the changes slowly. Trry to lose less than 1 kilo per week. Stay with the exercise you're doing your heart and lungs a power of good. Best of luck.
