What is the best way to crash diet for a month to 6 weeks. No lectures please, I just want to know the best way to diet heavily and get good weight loss in one month. My excercise regime is excellent, I do bucket loads of cardio and I generally eat very healthily.
Does anyone know the doctors diet that they give to people who need to shed a load before an operatin??

I'm doing a more 'sensible' one of calorie counting which is working a treat... but i am SUCH a wimp!!

I found I loss weight quickly by eating my evening meal before 7pm, 7.30pm at the very latest. It's amazing how much weight stays on you because your metabolism slows down at night.

Obviously if you're really hungry snack on raw fresh veg like carrot, cucmber and celery.

It is a fact that by NOT eating enough you put weight ON. Crash diets are a stupid way of loosing weight. You need to eat sensibly.
you look fine to me, not over weight at all - i expect its just a bit of toning up here and there.

perhaps find an exercise that targets the areas you are worried about most? maybe you already do...

i would look into the pill thing though, i was amazed and chuffed

apparently a spoonful of honey before you go to bed helps speed up the metablalisum(sorry awful spelling) while you sleep so you burn more calories whilst asleep.

aww..thanks guys. No I dont take metaformin for PCOS. I am very lucky with symptoms of the sydrome although insulin resistance is one I have been lumbered with.

What worked for me was drinking fresh fruit smoothies everyday for lunch and eat normal dinner. I lost 2 stone in like a couple of months. Good lunck! ;)
