Saturday. Murky out there again.

Haven't seen Tiggy, but with all the wet yesterday I don't blame him staying in, I put his supper close to Tiggy towers last night, I haven't been out yet to see if it's still there. I'll do that when it's light.

Not much else occurring this morning. So have a happy day everyone.

So much fun I can tell you. She's a very confidant child, so much so she seems older than her age. She comes out with words and understands the meaning, & you wonder where she has learnt it.

Time to put the sleep aid app on, I reckon. No idea why I often wake up 3/4 of the way through sleeptime these days. It's like my mind likes me to be zombielike during the day.

My grandson was the same. He amazed us with his depth of understanding. He could come out with things about engineering he had no real reason to know at such a young age. Hence, when he asked me engineering questions I didn't try to simplify the answers. He is now a successful automotive engineer.

Isn't it amazing Waterman. You know, a child soaks everything up, I believe if you are constantly interacting with a child and take the time to explain when they ask things, there's no limits to what they can achieve. Becoming a grandparent has made me realize how much a responsibility we have and how easy it is for some children to lose their way, so sad isn't it when a child hasn't got the right start.

I agree entirely Lina. They thirst for knowledge, and it's so easy for some people to fob them off with nonsense...which has it's place in the scheme of things, but a serious question should get a serious answer. When ever I was asked a serious question, to which I didn't now the answer, we would research it together. That way he learned how to find answers.
