Vitamin and mineral overdose???

Is it dangerous to be taking a combination of a) vitamin D and calcium tablets, b) Evening primrose oil and vitamin E capsules and c) Iron and multivitamin tablets?
Just wondering because there was a sale on at aldi on them so I picked a few up for the laaaugh... :)

Those things look all right but you do need to read the literature, some do interact. I take a cocktail of vitamins etc for different conditions and I'm all right on them.

It's great fun Ummm , you should try it !!
Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium from food in the same way that Vitamin C does for Iron. However certain vitamins, such as Vits A and D are toxic in large doses. Vitamin E works particularly well with Selenium but shouldn't be taken at the same time as Iron as one can block the absorption of the other.

Most "vitamins" we buy OTC are synthetic and are no substitute for those found in fresh fruit and veg.
