It looks like an egg shaped cheese grater (yes parmesan) and i bought it in the £1 shop. I'm frightened to use it now in case I bleed. Do you use them on dry skin or after a bath ?? Do they work ??

I believe you use them on dry skin as it comes away easier
We use ours on dry skin, it works very well. There is no bleeding, it just gets rid of the hard skin.

I was actually going to use the contents on my spag bol .... cheaper than parmesan.
Why would anyone need to buy parmesan ..................

Sorry, I'll get my coat. :o)
urghhhhhh! :)
you didn't half get a bargain if it was £1 though, i paid something like £6 for mine.

It's not exactly a Ped Egg, its a copy. That's what I'm worried about. Might not be as safe although looks the same.
yes, that thought had occurred to me, smurfchops. All you can do is try it and see, I suppose. If it removes your foot, return it to Poundland and get your money back.
it's a great gadget for whiling away half an hour or so, and it's amazing what you collect in it. really does look like finely grated parmesan.
best on dry skin, get on with it, the skin will replenish.....rub cream in after.
The real ped-egg is the best thing I've ever found for my feet but I paid 9.99 I think
bought one off ebay with all the battery driven attachments - best £4.99 I've ever spent - it's brilliant. I rarely wear shoes inside or out so really need it!

Is it a Ped Egg carmalee ? With attachments ?
yes Smurfchops - got the egg shaped grater thingie (in fact got two) plus a battery operated hand piece complete with ten different heads for a complete pedicure. Does everything except play the piano. I now have very pretty feeties!

I might have a look on ebay ... thanks. It will probably work better than this one from the £1 shop.
I wouldn't be without my Ped Egg smurf.

Our young granddaughters take turns to 'grate' the bottom of my feet & the feeling afterwards is fantastic! Nice & soft, 'specially after they've appied soothing foot cream. ;o}

Think I'll tear myself away from the tellie and try it ... Thanks everyone !
