Yesterday I moaned about the decorating we are doing and my poor shoulder that was injured doing the boomin ceiling.
So,do I rest my arm and dont do any decorating,but get bugged by it,OR do some and risk having it hurt for longer.It was so bad last night I couldnt lie on it,but the decorating is bugging me and a bit of me wants to carry on.
Advice please anyone!
