Why do i always get a splitting headache on a Monday and not any other day?
It is not that Mondays in work for me are any more stressful or i am in a worse mood or anything like that,
Every Monday by lunchtime i have a splitting headache,

Any ideas why?

do you drink lots of coffee at the weekend that you may not drink on a monday?

My lovable redcx has got it in one...........weekend migraine.
On the coffee question, it could also be the other way round - i.e. you drink lots of coffee during the week at work and not at the weekend and the withdrawal effects start to appear by Monday!

Getting off coffee was a horrendous experience for me and lasted about 3 weeks. I didn't just get headaches but felt physically sick.

I was a serious coffee drinker....
Sqad, even Mr CRX hasnt earnt a 3am in a long while :)

Do you work at a PC?
I used to suffer with migraines and after many years discovered that they were due to the position of my neck when using my PC because I wore varifocals. IE I had to look through the bottom of my lenses.
