I think it was when I went out after work one night expecting it to be just a quite one and ended up dancing all night and dragging my boyfriend and his mates up dancing !!
The last half of this year hasn't been too good for me so I can't think of anything that good other than that

Met my new B/F in a wine bar in the Alps

Won almost £500 playing Blackjack

Spent a night at an amazing hotel in Lausanne, overlooking Lake Geneva

Got a phone call to say that Brighton had won our last game of the season, and were not being relegated

Played Baccarat all through the night at a Casino in Geneva, and got totally trolleyed

My theory is that it usually involves getting it together with a fella/lady, having a snog or meeting someone amazing , OR doing something that involves you demonstrating your personal best. Like, achieving the very best you can in something. Passing an exam, doing a great performance; something that raises your adrenalin and gets you excited, and makes you want to think about it all the next day!
