Is that to save you darning the holes in your socks then? He, he!

i don't have a tattoo on the sole of my foot but i have got a few else where, but i would imagine it probably would fade cos it couldn't heal properly, and it would be rather painful, infact it would probably be the most painful place i think, especially if your tickleish!

I've seen a picture of a squashed fairy tattooed on the sole of someone's foot and it looked ace. However it faded a few months later to almost nothing because the skin on your soles renews too quickly, same goes for the palms of your hands as far as I know. Well that's the theory given where I saw the picture anyway, don't know if it is gospel.
What an odd place to have a tatt done! That would surely kill as well!I nearly had one but i'm glad i didn't now.
tattoos dont hurt as much as you think they will hurt though, my most recent is on the inside of my wrist, and to be honest i dont know what i was so worried about!! how ever its true they are addictive!!! if i were rich i would have that leg piece i'm planning done and dusted by now!

I have had a few tattoos one on my wrist and another on the palm of my hand, the palm one keeps fading and i go at least once a week to get it re-hit, hopefully given time it'll stay.

Next one for me will be the sole of my foot, dont think it'll hurt too much, but you will have to get it re-hit at least 10 times for it to stay for a while, and then at least once a month maintenance....
