sorry in addition... i thought something vreative, something personal to me and him would be good but i don't have a clue where to start, and bearing in mind he's a bloke i don't want to get too mushy!
It may be out of your budget, but an i-Pod will make any man love you forever!
an iPod will make many women happy too! I am, my bloke though actually prefers an iRiver. Shame i just sold an iPod for 150 yesterday on ebay. Anyway you might want to try http://www.firebox.com/ they have some great stuff.
Perhaps customised cufflinks or engraved pen would suit - you could get them engraved or monogrammed as you wish - 100 should get you some decent ones. Plenty of places on the WWW to order from.

Might manage a framed autograph of a favourite star or sportsperson (not too famous for 100) try EBay for the photo and anywhere for a simple frame.
These have some different ideas http://www.thanksdarling.com And for something more personal http://www.bust-ed.co.uk/
Football stuff could go down very well, i managed to get Tony Adams to sign my ex's arsenal shirt, and he adored me forever (well til he dumped me) and you'd on;ly have to pay for the shirt - even better if you could get it like "To Steve..." blah blah.
Got any kids yet !?!
Have a look at http://www.iwantoneofthose.co.uk - lots of cool stuff to suit any bloke (or woman)
A Tattoo. He will certainly be keeping that for LIFE
a keychain with his name engraved. (and yours if you wanted)
How about a special tree?
Maybe you could find something here: http://www.ministryofgadgets.co.uk/mg/home.asp

cheers for ur answers i'll have a scout round the websites. and rinkytink, no kids yet and hopefully not for a couple of years, why?
Lol, think about it natty... the ultimate gift?
a caricature is great fun, I've used this site for years and am always impressed with the results: http://www.meggymoo.co.uk/
I was always told the best gift you can get a man who has everything is ... PENICILLIN!! rofl
Have you thought of getting him The perfect woman ? shes called "mrs wonderful" and cost 14.99 from Argos stores item number 270/0016 I got one for my boyfriend and whenever i nag him he talks to her instead lol.
Hi Natty, If the present isn't going to be a total surprise to him, why not book a photographic portrait with a reputable studio? You could just have his photo, or one of both you would be lovely. Or, for a bit of adventure, why not a day at Silverstone or somewhere similar, or a Hot-air Balloon flight. if you google 'Red letter Days' you should get loads of ideas. Hope you find what you want.
Ask him, or get his best mate to ask him? I personally love planning surprise parties - they can cherish the memories and the photographs forever. You could write him a poem, get him some jewelrry, buy him something practical for garden/computer that he has always wanted but never been able to justify buying because of cost and usability....anything! Asking is the best thing though - then you are sure to get it right :) Good luck! He is sure to be happy anyway, for having such a caring lovely woman to call his own who wants so much to make him happy.
