Weightloss/Fitness Break?!

Hi

I need to de-stress and kickstarrt some weight loss. I am going for my black belt in Chi Wai Kung Fu (check out the website!) and need to lose up to two stone by December. I am restarting a weight-watchers program as well. I have a couple of weeks holiday coming up and wondered if anyone knows of a good outward bound/walking/active type of holiday in the UK that might help get started on this? I do not want to go skydiving or rock-climbing; just good strenuous work - so something outdoorsy or voluntary work for the National Trust might be good.

Any ideas?

I have been doing taebo exercise and it has really kickstarted my body into getting into shape you will prob enjoy it if you like kung fu with the kicking
