you are obviously not going to listen to sensible advice that has been given to you so if you want to know the answer go and try it yourself.

most people are not stupid enough to starve themselves in the mistaken belief that it will lead to long term weight loss.

clue..its called "yoyo" dieting for a reason.
He lost water weight, not fat.
Take a look at this,hun...it may help you to understand why it is dangerous http://www.rnews.com/print.cfm?id=32350
Oh do stop being so dense and read what has been said to you by myself who has indeed not eaten well from about Friday the week previously to around thursday last week. To help you along here are the things I am...

Exhausted and falling asleep during the day which is leading to irrational nightly sleeping patterns causing yet another bout of insomnia.

Pale and tired looking. (Hardly suprising).

Black eyes.

Skin feeling dry and prone to spots.

Light headedness, nausia, poor concentration and memory.

Low moods.

If you think that's worth it then off you go and I hope you get all the symptons I have as you deserve them but at least you might get if out of your system.
You are 13 years of age - you SHOULD NOT be starving yourself. Just search on the internet for all the health problems you are likely to get if you do.

You lose water if you crash diet. Yes, for the first week or so you will loose lots of weight but the second you go back to eating normally, you will out it back on.

You will probably end up with a severe eating disorder that could stay with you for many years - is this what you want?

I have to agree with Gok Wan on here,
You couldn't eat for a week, and go without absolutely anything. Your body would go into shut down mode and stop working.
You'd find it impossible at school. Tired, hungry, unable to concentrate, you'd be too tired to do anything. And probably wouldn't sleep very well at night because all you would hear and remember would be your stomach rumbling and how hungry you were.
And even after a week of this, yes, you may have lost about 5 pounds. BUT, you would put it on straight away, and you'd never really notice that you'd even lost anything.
Please, if you don't take it from any of these, take it from me.
(An 18 year old, recovered anorexic from the midlands.)
Because I know exactly what it's like.
P.s.
If you think eating disorders will never happen to you.
Well, that's what I thought when I began that slippery slope.
I just hope that you'd have the strength and will to seek help.
