can anyone advise on what is best to do with really sweaty feet, im getting a bit fed up of my feet, i wear a different pair of shoes every day (ie i have 5 pairs) but go through them every 6 months as my feet get so bad, even though i also use odour insoles and foot spray (ive tried loads of types, but none with any success) i also wash my feety as often as possible, at least twice a day, but still my feet sweat and end up smelling and i really dont know whqt to do about it now, but need to do somethnigm, as people at work do notice that my feet smell, and i know they sometimes feel like they are soaked.
thanks

See your GP - there are medications and treatments available that will help you - available on prescription only
Try soaking vinegar onto cotton wool and wiping between your toes on very clean feet. Do this every couple of months.
Try sprinkling BICARBONTE OF SODA into your shoes. That will get rid rid of odours from your shoes. I agree re seeing your GP though.
Mycota powder is excellent. Do not buy 'own brand' alternatives. A liitle in the socks and shoes will dry off your feet and eliminate the smell - honest.
Good Luck
