Hi all. I have 4 weeks to shed a beer belly and gain a little more "mass up top". I am able to train twice a day from now, can anyone recommend the best way to get results.

Just eat protein for 4 weeks (though I would never advocate the aitkins diet in a million years, but for this short time, fine)

Work the pump. Heavy weights with short reps. As heavy as you cn makes them. Don't worry about CV work outs but makes sure you stretch down (or warm down)

4 weeks you should see results if you follw the above. But do not do it for any longer.
4 weeks is not long enough i'm afraid.

Watch what you eat/drink, try running, power walking, swimming etc, but to have more bulk up top requires weight training etc over a much longer period than 4 weeks


Aim to lose weight and do plenty of stomach/leg execise's. its about the best chance you have
