High index prescription glasses

Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a website where I can order cheap, high index (thinned down) glasses and sunglasses?

I usually have to pay over �100 to have my jam jar lenses thinned down, but my equally short sighted friend recently went to India and got them done for about �30.

I would have thought there would be someone online that would do this.

Any thoughts?
