Does anybody else find that when they are with someone none of their mates are and when they arent all their mates are? When I was on my own everybody else had boyfriends. Now I'm with someone everybody around me seems to be splitting up

this is the first time really that my best mate and I have both been in serious relationships at same time. It does seem to happen like that.

I agree, i've been single for about 5 weeks now & all of my mates are with someone whereas before there always seemed to be a couple of them that were single

see its seems I was always the single one for years, well never in a serious relationship. and all my mates that have been with their blokes years now keep saying it hasnt worked out. Maybe because they went out with them quite young.
Well I was with my ex from the age of 16 to 21 and that whole time it seemed like everyone I knew was single.. but most of them wanted boyfriends... Now I am the single one, they are all in relationships with kids and mortgages but most of them want to be single! I think they call that Ironic!
