i dont want a debate on whether they should be illegal or anyone who hasnt taken them to come here and say how vile they are -im looking for people who have taken them to give their opinions on them. im thinking about trying something and i want to know how people feel about them and what they would say to someone trying for first time??

It does annoy me when people think that drug takers are a particular type.
Ok, I only do hard drugs a couple of times a year now, was a lot more with no responsibilities but I smoke at least 5 joints a day.
I'm a responsible wife and mother in her 30's, haven't gone on to crack or heroin, have a job a loving family, have a roof over our head am not a scumbag - up til recently was the chair of my daughters PTA so please don't tarnish all those that choose to get their outlet from drugs with the same brush - we are not all the same.
In fact I have people on AB meet me in real life and they will tell you I am far from the scumbag tha you lot are making out drug users to be

somebyrd, from what you are saying, you are the foulest person I could possibly ever know. You truly are a scumbag.
If you only look at the wider picture. I assume your kids are old enough to make up their own mind, but you are NOT a responsible mother.
You are a bane on society. I strongly envisage you let your kids smoke drugs, are are quite ugly.
As for being on the PTA, it makes me sick to know that such an institution allows such filth.
I assume you probably think child pornography is acceptable, as you clearly have not a caring bone in your body. It will therefore not matter what harm comes to people.
You are truly a foul wannabe hooker, and to be honest society, and dare I say your family, will be better off if you actually died from an overdose. They will survive.

Yes I have taken pills, but like Red says I wouldn't reccommend it as such.
Yes I've had a blast on them BUT things can go wrong. I made sure I was around people that I trusted on my first time and only took half which believe me was more than enough.

Sense? Escaping from the real world by taking drugs is hardly somebody showing any sense. Joe-the-Lion has it right but you would rather take somebody's point of view that agrees with what you want - after all that is why you shouted PLEASE ONLY COMMENT IF YOU HAVE TRIED THINGS, isn't it!

i really am getting sick of this, i asked kindly for people to share experiences with me its even in the title what i asked for! yet some people who have blatantly done no research come on and start harassing people who have only done what i asked for! to those that have answered i apologise- its pretty much bullying what they are doing here and if theres one thing i hate its bullies! for people who keep harping on about how bad they are why dont you look at the statistics about how the last known death from just ecstasy was 1995 and even then it was not actually E that killed her but because she drank to much water and thats how she died. since then depending on what source you believe (i googled it) as little as 13 a day to 50 people a day die from drink!!!!! please people just stop writing on this thread! in fact how do i remove it can someone tell me that please?
From Joe's list I have only done experienced numbers 2 and 4. I've never lived in a squat but I have been homeless, however the first time I was 15 and hadn't tried pills till I was 17. As for the terrorists bit, we pay the army's wages so I don't know what he's blithering on about there either! I would agree, if you've got your heart set on trying it, do it first in the house and take a half at a time with people you trust there. Be careful about getting dehydrated. Be careful about being overhydrated as that can be even worse. If you're having a dance, aim to drink about a pint of water an hour, avoiding alcohol and caffeine. Have a good time and enjoy the banter! Don't get too enthusiastic taking it every weekend though as prolonged use does take it's toll on you and you can end up feeling weird going out without taking anything and it's hard to get back to normal if you do get that far out!

I know many mums and although i wouldnt do what somebyrd does she is actually a very good mum and much better than a few of the holier than thou ones that i know of. her children are happy, loved, provided for in every way and a pleasure to be around.

The funniest comment that keeps popping up on this amazingly stupid thread is "take it with people you trust" I know for sure if I asked my Nan or Mom or anyone I know and love to keep watch on me while I got high, I know they would stop me! These so called people that you "trust" obviously cant be trusted as they dont have your best interest at heart or they wouldn't let you do it.

I can assure you drugs fuel terrorism. About 80-90 percent of smack comes from Taliban controlled Afghanistan. Soldiers are dying for your drugs. The old IRA was directly funded by drugs and vice. This is not some Army secret it is a fact.
And as for somebyrd. A 22 month old son????? What a sad and child abusing mother you are. I hope you do not drive as 5 joints a day will constantly make you a risk. But I bet you do don't you? How can a mother constantly "high" on drugs (your admission, not mone).

The last known death from Ecstasy was in 1995? How strange that the BBC reported in 2002 that there was at least 40 deaths related to the drug in 2001? Sherman, I'm sure its already been said but if you are thinking of trying E and are thinking of getting hold of pills at around 5 for a tenner, they are not like they were. Some can be great others a bit cak. Be prepared to chat non stop, feel happier than you ever have, unprecedented amounts of affections towards strangers, like Joko said half a pill at a time then you have the idea of what is happening to you. Make sure your environment is very, very comfortable.
If you want something more like E than pills, you should get yourself some MDMA powder.
The important thing is to be somewhere comfortable and safe and around people you know when you try it.
If you are prepared to go and get tanked on alcohol every weekend there is little difference. Have fun and stay safe.
