Anyone hoping that he stays there?
I never thought that I could have so much hatred for an individual (even in cyber space) but his inane ramblings and his homophobic / misogonistic /charity hating / the pope is the antichrist, attitudes really began to get to me.
Its nothing to do with religion either. Fingerprint and Theland, I could happily debate with all day long without any feelings of animosity, but this travesty of a human being that professes to love mankind and then proceeds to hate it makes me want to puke.
I'm only sorry that the hell that he believes in doesnt exist
so that he can have a taste of it...

Hello Wiz, nether regions still smarting then?

I have to feel sorry for Mani - what a sad man he is. It must be awful to be that screwed up. I hope for his own sake the people he's talking to at his retreat are a bit more sensible than those he's been listening to in the past.

naomi...nether regions ok after a good feed of fish, chips, two pot noodles and 4 cans of lager.
I have to disagree with you though, I cannot feel sorry for Mani. There is only so much that you can take from a person before you begin to think that there is something seriously wrong. I can feel sorry for someone that is caught up in a cult, I can feel sorry for someone that is delusional, but I cannot feel for someone that is openly hatefull and spitefull of the lifestyle of others because they happen to be different from what you think is right.
As regards his retreat, he's probably left because he doesnt agree with something or other that they reccomend.
Personally, I cant stomach the bloke and his vindictive outlook on life.

Wiz, I know you can't stand him, and I can understand why - but I can't think anything other than what a sad man he is. Hateful people, although detestable and soooo infuriating, are incredibly sad. Can you imagine what's going on in his head, what he thinks about when he's alone? He's so screwed up, bitter and twisted - his own mind must be tormenting him. Uggggh. I'll stick to being a sinner if that's what it takes - that'll do for me.

Pleased the fish and chips - and the lager - had a positive effect upon the nether regions. Hope all's well with you Wiz.
Wizard - I prayed that your butt would give you jip, and it has! So there! Prayer answered! Serves you right!

Now, I love Mani.

Mani is simply misunderstood.

I bet if we all made the effort to understand him a little more, and calmly waited for his explanations, then I think we would all say to ourselves, "Oh heck! We got it wrong!"

Please come back and post again Mani - we are a team! (Where are Lighter and Philanthro?)
"Mani..How I Love Ya How I Love Ya...My Dear Old Mani.....
Theland: I thought Mani was misunderstood, but he's not. The more opportunity he gets to explain himself, the more he puts his size 9 in his mouth.

Luna: Love it!!! Can you do "Mani"? The sun shines east ..... the sun shines west ....... but I know where the sun shines best.......
Question Author
Theland...we waited for his explanation as to why he thought the pope was the antichrist and he refused to give it.
As to his other beliefs, he has already explained. He thinks that hitting girls is a sign that you love them, that showing a bit of compassion to women who have had to turn to prostitution is a sin, that women who leave violent marrages are adulterers.
Misunderstood?
I think we understand Mani very well.

Three stars for luna, for making me laugh when ive got a hangover...
Question Author
naomi...no matter which way I look at it I cannot feel anything for Mani except contempt. I dont think he's sad.I think he's evil to be honest. He would be the kind of bloke that would start hitting you once you were married and thrashing his children for the most triviel of things.
And now he's on about starting his own movement...the Fred Phelps of Britain he is.
Wiz, I know. It's really difficult to understand such a complete lack of humanity, compassion or plain logic. I can't imagine anything would change him though. Can you?
Luna, did you try singing 'Mani'? I'd walk a million miles for one of your smiles my Maaaa-a-a-ni.
Question Author
I'd smile if Mani walked a million miles (away from A.B.)
No, I think Mani would be welcomed back, not least because he would post something controversial and difficult to debate.
Theland, not difficult to debate - impossible to debate, because Mani doesn't debate - he dictates.
All he needs is a little TLC
Wizard - Reading your question again, I am convinced that your anger was induced by pain and discomfort. Now that your treatment is behind you, (?) you may find some sympathy and love for Mani.
You must learn to turn the other cheek (?)
What a bummer!
Theland, I've tried TLC - it doesn't work.
