seasonal adjustment disorder..

im not sure its a recognised illness, but i know for a fact im not so happy in the dark of winter.
i dont think its psychological or physical but there is something inside of me that NEEDS the long warm days of summer.
i love to see fresh green grass and trees with leaves on them.
fields full of yellow flowers, little bunnies and lambs in fields.

I know that these last few months on most days i leave the house in the dark and get home in the dark, i only see my house in daylight a couple of days a week, it is depressing.
I just like to see a white sandy beach and the blue Caribbean sea lol
you are not alone i feel the same living here unfortunately i don't have a passport or enough money to jet off to hotter sunnier climbs. it is i think recognised by some people in the medical world, if only they could prescribe sunshine on the nhs. one of my friends takes 3 weeks in the carribean every year to beat the drearyness of dull old blighty! oh hot sandy beaches and slight waves lapping against the shore and a nice long ice cold diet cherry coke with umbrella come to me!!!!! :-)
yes.....I always feel much happier in March when there is a nip if spring in the air...I tend to go into hybernation in the winter months....
