i am not married and recently had a baby and we are no longer together do i have rights and will i be able to have access?

Are you on the birth certificate?
If your name is on the birth certificate, you automatically have parental responsibility. Otherwise you will need to
(i) seek to get your name added to the birth certificate (with the mother's consent) or
(ii) enter into a parental responsibility agreement with your former partner or
(iii) seek a Declaration of Parentage through a court order.
