Gosh! What a hard question!

Of the top of my head...

'Shine on you crazy diamond' Pink Floyd
'Caravan' Babara Dickson
'She's always a woman to me' Billy Joel

I think.... (don't hold me to it!)
I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts

wish me luck as you wave me goodbye

and finally, Fire (crazy world of arthur brown)
You nicked mine makemesmile....as soon as I saw the question I thought shine on you crazy diamond....hmmm
'You Raise Me Up' - by Secret Garden
'Goodbye' - by the Spice Girls
'Anyone Can Light A Candle' - by Jon & Vangelis 'Page of Life'

And also any choice songs by Beth Nielsen Chapman - 'Sand & Water' album - beautful, inspiring and very poignant indeed.

Think I will go and have a cry now.
First Floyd track I ever heard!
Gorecki - Lamb

The Calling - Wherever you may go.
Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah

Or maybe one of these...

Counting Crows - Colorblind

GooGoo Dolls - Iris

Evanesence - My Immortal - words not the best really but a beautiful song.

Eva Cassidy - Somewhere over the rainbow

Richard Marx - Right her waiting for you.

Guns n Roses - Don't Cry

Sometimes think these are a bit rock like but went to a funeral of my godmother's 14 year old son and he had Bon Jovi and it fitted perfectly.
Que Sera Sera - Doris Day

Moon River - Andy Williams

Walk on the Wild Side - Lou Reed
Do you think it's morbid, thinking about what music you'd like played at your funeral?

Not a criticism, just a bit worried that I didn't take long to decide on mine

Lifted - Lighthouse Family
time of your life - greenday :o)
ohh Jenna Gravity is one of mine that I would have down.

The scientist - coldplay
Faithless - insomnia for a laugh and
scissor sisters - Don't feel like dancing.

1) Absolute Beginners-----David Bowie

2) Add Some Music to your Day------Beach Boys

3) Land of Hope and Glory (Pomp and Circumstance) by a good choir.

I not ready yet to pick my 3, but last year I went to my brother in laws funeral it was very a very solemn occasion, but after the church service we all went to the crematorium where all his sons read out there stories of "dad" the joker, then at the end the music apparently picked by the deceased, blared through the crem "Hit the road Jack, and dont you come back no more no more,it was so fitting and I have never been to a cremation where everybody came out with a smile on there face
