Must be a cold. When was your born in 1984? Was a great year!

It could also be another allergy that you dont know about!
I don't know if it is hayfever. I always associate hayfever with warmer weather.
But, my eyes are streaming today and I haven't stopped sneezing either.
Maybe we are both suffering from hayfever... I had assumed I had a cold on the way.

It doesn't help that I'm very hungover.
roof of my mouth started itching about 5am

Doesnt feel like a cold....Its only just come on in the last hour and a half?!

Really blood!e annoying!!!

Will pop over to Boots on my much break and buy some hayfever pills and see if it helps!

Yes, 1984 i was born - glad u enjoyed the year - my mum and dad obviously did!!! ;O)

Floella - i thought it was only during summer time...dies ot high pollen...

Suppose we'll never know unless we get an allergy test done....?!

Just checked BBC website...and pollen count is low.....

hmmm.....strange.
You can get hayfever symptoms from fungi spore too....and this year there is a bumper crop of mushrooms and toadstools (I've been out on the forest picking mushrooms yummy!)
Both my son and I have itchy eyes at the moment and we get hayfever from tree pollen in the early spring too.
Try Piriton - if that doesn't work it's a cold!
Question Author
Yeah ive got piriton - but left it at home.

I havent been out in any forests.....:o(
Nats........I've been getting itchy eyes recently (last few days) as if its Spring, does feel like hay fever
Question Author
I reckon ur right.

In London weathers been really nice and sunny...not exactly the Autumn we expected....
You don't need to be in a forest to be near fungi and moulds Nat it's everywhere.
Question Author
yeah i know ;o)

Only place ive been all day is my office- which im in everyday. Only time ive been outside was to get to work...
you can get seasonal rhinitis (exact same symptoms as HF) all year round so it could well be that!

Get yourself an antihistimine ASAP!
If your office has air con that doesn't help. I have dry throat from the air con most of the time.

Maybe we should all go home sick and get away from the nasty germs/pollen/fungi.
Or is that just wishful thinking cos I don't feel like being at work today?
Question Author
lol Floella - i feel exactly the same when im hungover!

Although, i suppose i never feel like going to work...

Nah no air con in my office...its only small...

Ive just gone and bought some 'piriteze' which will hopefully sort me out!

(quite nippy outside now!)
Have they recently put the heating on at work? Perhaps some dust blowing around somewhere? No idea.... I have pretty bad hayfever and not feeling unusual at all... well no more unusual than normal at any rate!

Feel better xx
