2 Large bags of frozen peas! keep them in freezer and use them alternately to cool your shoulder as often as possible. I usually find cold better than heat but if you prefer heat treatment then go to your pharmacist and get Belladonna patches @ about �2.95. They are about twice the size of any other pain relief (heat) patches, can be left on for several days and are very effective. The more expensive heat patches only last 8 hours and I haven't found them nearly as good. Also, keep the joint moving. Don't go wearing a sling or it will become worse. Hope you feel better soon.
Or try hot water bottles, but that can be a bit cumbersome. :o)
