I have a problem when it comes to wearing cotton shirts as I get really big sweat patches and it looks so awful. I shower daily, wear antiperspirant deodorant, and certainly don't smell. Is there anything I can do to stop this?? It's ruining my confidence, and really getting me down!

Have you tried a antiperspirant deodorant by Mitchum? They're a bit more expensive but the best for people who sweat excessively. Other than that I would suggest you go to the docs, it's a lot more common than you think, you're not alone :o)
I use that Mitchum stuff and it doesnt make the slightest difference I'm afraid.
You can buy a spray from the chemist called Odaban and it works wonders, just spray a little before you go to bed once a week and it really does work. I used to suffer from this but not anymore. Hope this helps.
That's a shame mycats, it works for my man, he's not smelly, just watery! lol!
I used to use Mitchum but it became less effective after a while.

I now use Triple Dry by Linden Voss. You put it on at night and wash it off in the morning. You use it less frequently after a week or so.

i used to suffer with this so badly but i started to use a product called driclor. I got it from boots and it was about 7 for a little roll on bottle, expensive but v v good. At first I had to use it twice a week for about 2-3 weeks then its gradually become less and less now I use it about once a month (probably even less) and I just use my normal anti perspirant! It really is good! Please dont worry about sweating because if you start using this it will sort it. I used to be so down and un confident because of it but now its not an issue!
My brother also uses driclor and says its fantastic!
Surely all these products that stop you sweating from one place are ok, but doesn't the sweat still have to come out somewhere?
to be honest im not sure about that! i never found that i was sweating anywhere else, i just stopped sweating really! so im not sure sphinx sorry!
