Hmmm, well... from what I can gather they are little gems like the temporary gem tatoos you can get for your body but you stick them on your newly shaven 'bit'!

I had never heard of them before I saw your post, googled and had my eyes opened!

From what I can find on the net, yeah there just the same gems as what you get for the rest of your body.

I think the idea behind them is that it looks pretty and only those close to you are going to see them anyway, unless you are a porn star I guess!
