I think different ones work for different people, the most effective I've tried (and i've tried almost all) is Citrizine DiHydrochloride. You can buy generic packs of seven on Tesco and Sainsburys for 99p.

go to your gp and ask for telfast fexofenadine they work really good for me and ask him/her for a spray which goes up your nose (if you suffer with a runny nose like me) its called flixonase aqueous nasal spray .

hope this helps

Cheers i'll give them both a shot :)
I use Telfast too, it's really good, and I've tried most of them!
I swear by Zirtec, only need to take one a day, they are excellent, Good luck, whatever you take, Ray

Yep, Zirtec does it for me, once the first couple have made me sleepy I'm fine with the rest. Combined with a nose spray, I'm good to roll in the hay!!

I also found that washing my hair and changing clothes as soon as I got in from work made my evenings a lot more comfortable.

You could also try drying your clothes indoors. I know it's a pain, but putting damp clothes outside is just asking for pollen to stick to them and wait for you!

Happy sneezing!

xx

well doglady, whenever you fancy a roll in the hay,i'll be waiting for the call, take a Zirtec first though, don't want you covering me in sneeze do I !!!
