i think that my soul was taken over by a dead person. one night i went to bed and i woke up but i didn't recognise where i was i didn't know who everyone was. then i spoke differnetly and wrote with my different hand. a few nights later i woke up and i was back and i couldn't remember what had happened the days before i just remember a shadow in my room. Please help i am very scared!!!

i woke up one night and my wardrobe was shaking, i was convinced someone was in there and rushed downstairs and told my hubby who was watching a late night movie, he laughed at me and called me an idiot. the point is dreams can be very realistic and frightening and i'm sure thats what happened to you, if you live alone could you get a friend to stay with you for a few days? untill you're over the shock. or stay with someone, maybe sllep with light on. dont be scared to talk to someone about it. all the best

cliffsdoll is right never100% i suffer from sleep paralyasis where i am convinced that people are talking to me normally and i try and talk back or move but i cant these are very scary and normally happen to me when i am coming down with an illlness, but saying that i also belive in spirts visiting you while you are asleep. try not to be scared if a sprit has visited you they could be trying to tell you something not scare you.

dont be scared, the soul of the dead person just prop needed 2 barrow ya for purposes out of the human imagination! my grandad lives with me in my 1 bed flat & he died neally a year back! i really believe in an after life but were we go & wat we do is answered wen we die! believe & av faith even if they r dead! just coz ur eyes carnt see it & ur hands carnt touch it no way means it aint there! think ya self lucky u aint got a practical joker as ur dead grandad, he's always hiding stuff im using the he puts it back, moving my orniments just slightly coz he know's i'll straighten it bit of a monica bing (friends) he constantly whisteling 2! if the dead r set out 2 harm then they wud strike straight away not just barrow ya!
