My job is in an all male workplace,I have worked there for 3 years now and must admit alot of flirting & sexual innuendo goes on(with some guys more than others),but I love my job & would much rather work with men than women(who tend to bitch & be in competition with you all the time). One of the guys I work with has become one of my best mates(we do'nt socialize out of work),we share our problems & I can tell him anything. The flirting etc, just helps the day go quicker & cheers you up if you are feeling down.So do'nt go feeling guilty, enjoy what you have at work, you're not hurting anyone & its better than everyone at work being miserable.

WHAT A MESS YOUR QUESTION IS.

sorry spellmaster i was in a rushx

I flirt playfully with most of the girls at work, and they flirt back. We don't fancy each other, and we're all mates, but I think it's naturally part of the male/female dynamic. It's all just fun and I wouldn't have a problem if my girlfriend (not that I currently have one) was doing it.

Obviously there are boundaries, and I wouldn't be saying things that were explicit or could cause someone to feel uncomfortable, but you judge these things on how well you know people. E.G.

I mentioned to a girl today a film that we were supposed to be seeing at the cinema, and when we were supposed to be going. She responded by saying (just in earshot of enough people), "Is this just a rouse so that you can try the old yawn and put your arm around me trick?". Flirty, funny, but as much designed to to embarass me as much as anything else, ans there are countless instances of this sort of thing all day.

I say - flirt away!
