Can anyone help? My hair is coloured and I think maybe last time it was done another type of dye or something was used as its soooo dry now. I've tried all manner of deep conditioning treatments, heat protection sprays, serums etc etc but still its kind of dull and tangled.

Can anyone recommend any products or give any tips.

Thanks very much x

hi ,you dont say what colour your hair is dyed?if its bleach then it will be very dry anyway.i had bleach blonde hair for years and had to dye it brown for six months or so and it really helped the condition.im now slowly going blonde again.all i can recomend is what i did.you should only wash your hair once a week to keep the natural oil in(tie it up if it looks bad!) and every week you wash it use an intensive conditioner(proffesional from hair dressers only)and leave the conditioner in for a few hours before washing out.put the conditioner on towel dry warm hair and wrap hair in cling film and warm towel to keep heat in.the conditoner i recommend is by tigi bedhead pepermint treatment conditioner.(approx 15)thats all you can really do im afraid but it should help as it did my hair.also make sure you have a trim every 8 weeks to keep dry split ends away.lay off straightners if you use them and only use them for special occasions.

hope this helps!! xx

Thanks blue eyes, thats really helpful. I will keep the conditioner on for longer next time. Also my hair is blondish so that probably doesn't help.

Thanks x

I've got the same problem as you. My mum told me to put baby oil in my hair and leave it in for about two hours B4 i have a shower. I tryed it out the other day and it really does work! My hair had a lot less friz in it and it looked a lot more shiney and healthy.

i agree with above - baby oil is SOOO good and cheaper than always buying hot oil. Pop it in some warm water to warm up and cover your hair in it - not your scalp though cuz it can make it greasy. My friends hair is bleached and was starting to snap but she does this once a week and its lovely condition now!!!

HI .. use K-Pack !!!! I have been dying my hair for over 10 years every color of the rainbow.. haha.. and I have paid insane money for good product.. K-Pack is more than amazing... ask a hair dresser about it.. or look it up online...

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!! JEN

Sorry I spelled it wrong.. its K-Pak
