Red blotches on my face!! How do I get rid of them?

Hi,


I am supposed to be going out tonight but I have 2 red blotches above my top lip, which were spots but are now gone and aren't even scabby just red!!! They disappear if I smile really hard but I can't do that all night! People will think I am manic! Any tricks?

Your first answer is the best one but remember no one is perfect all the time so just be your confident self & forget about it. This modern obsession with perfection does more harm than good. Who you are & what you are is far more important & the odd spot or two is the very least of your worries. Hope you had a good night & I bet no-one even noticed.
