Penis spots!

about two days after intercourse with my wife, i get some very small red spots on the head of my penis. It clears up after about five days. Ocassionally tiny whiteheads also appear. I consider myslef clean and my wife has had several checks for thrush and other infections which have all been clear.

If we don't have intercourse I don't get them, if we do, I get them. I am booked in for some tests also but any thoughts would be very much appreciated.

Don't really know. Maybe you are lose little hairs or it may be sweat rash

Sorry for seeming ungrateful but having seen many of the posts on this site I was kind of hoping that someone may be kind enough to take the time to offer some constructive advice. sorry justforthis, it was a bit crass and unhelpful of me .
the condom is a good idea until you have had the tests done though,
It may well be a reaction to your wifes fluids , or some creams you both might be using .

Hi there, my boyfriend had this once and he went to his g.p and she said it was heat rash. Your symptoms sound really similar to his so it could be that. Good luck anyway :)

If the small fluid white heads are painful than, and i dont want to scare you, it sounds like Herpes Simplex Virus.

However, since they only happen after intercourse than it may be blocked pores, or a reaction to any lubricants or condoms. Try use latex free condoms, such as Avanti.

It sounds like thrush to me. If your wife suffers from the odd bout, it can easily pass to you and then from you back to her. But if you have already eliminated this then I dont know. Good luck with the tests.

hi, it may be caused by the tip of your penis rubbing on the inside wall of the vagina as you stated that the spots only appear on the head.if all test come back clear (fingers crossed) the problem may simply be down to the lack of lubricant being produced by the vagina,this happens quite often to many many women.could try using a lubricant bought from a chemist to see if that helps. hope i gave some good advice,thanks x
