I asked this question a couple of years ago, but wondered what the current ABer's preferences would be now.

Might seem a morbid Q, but dying is certainly part of living after all!

buried x
Both my wife (Jewish) and myself (Catholic) deifinately buried.
Cremated cos I'm so claustrophobic I hate the thought of being trapped for all eternity in a little box!!
I and my wife have left intructions to be buried in a cardboard box. We came from the earth, and go back to the earth, what happens to the body after your dead is of no consequence, if your religious, its the soul that lives on, after all, if there's such a thing as resurrection, who wants to come back in a body thats been decaying for years.
cremated definitely but only because i dont like the thought of my body being eaten by bugs etc!
Cremated and my ashes scattered.
Cremated. Takes up less space. But I always remembered when my Grandad died my mum said he never wanted to be a cremated because he used to be a fireman and he was called to a school that was on fire, saved most of the children but couldnt get to some and heard and smelt them burning and it had always haunted him.
I Want to do it the american indian way,you tie yourself to the top of a tree, and when your a gonna, the vultures eat you all up.um...im still trying to work out how i climb a tree when im half dead...any suggestions greatly appreciated...hehe..(:)
Hi smudge...(:)
i'm immortal so i'll pass on this one

Have always thought I wanted to be cremated, but if more people ask to be buried they will have to allocate more land for cemetaries and hopefully that will stop a few more precious acres all over the country being built on, and will also provide some mini wild life havens for birds, etc.

cremated
Neither appeals. My dad used to be a grave digger and he put me off being burried so I suppose I only have one option left . Cremation. At least I can be scattered somewhere nice.

cremated and then made into a bit of jewellery.....

Cremated - it's quick, it's easy, it's half the price and I know that if my other half out-lives me then he'll go for the half price offer!

Dont Tesco's do funerals now...buy one get one free..plus you get clubcard points...!!..

"Every little Helps"::(:)

Cremated and ashes scattered in a place I (mis)spent my youth.

...no Vinny not behind the bike sheds.

Oh Vinny, you really crack me up!

I might nip to Tesco's later, to see if that offer's still on then. I'll put the reciepts away for later, he, he!

I would like to be cremated for all the reasons given, but just ot be awkward, Mr Smudge wants to be buried!

P'raps Tesco's might make allowances for that!!!
