Can anyone recommend something to put in the bath to soak in and help with this

Epsom salts are supposed to help

I honestly believe that any benefit you get from bathing (to ease aches ) is from the heat of the water, rather than anything you add to it.

A medicinal glass of something perched on the side.

I second the Epsom Salts.
