Dont feel its worth seeing the Doc, ive tried to eat more fruit but what else can i do?
Nothing has changed in my life recently so don't know why im like this.

Any help/suggestions appreciated.

Dehydrated? Vitamin B deficiency?
Vitamin D, 2,000iu to 3,000iu daily until March / April and then drop down to 1,000iu to 2,000iu daily until October and then back up to the higher dose once again.

I used to feel like you with cracked lips, no energy and cracked skin at the side of my nose during these colder months until I started supplementing my Vitamin D. It's one of the most important things you can take to boost your immunity to all sorts including COVID and there's compelling evidence that it can protect you from various forms of cancer.
Old age?
My advice......see your GP re. running a bunch of blood tests before taking any medication.
Don't know how mobile you are, but getting plenty of exercise might be good for your general feeling of well being.

Long brisk walks if you can within your capability & plenty of fresh air, that's the stuff!

Vaseline for cracked lips ?

//// there's compelling evidence that it can protect you from various forms of cancer.////

Really?..........I haven't seen any "compelling evidence".
This is ‘winter blues’. Affects well being and skin, aches and pains etc. I take turmeric tablets with vitamin D, just over the winter, as I feel different in the summer. Central heating and cold weather takes the moisture out of the skin making it dry. If you still have problems then you must call the doctor though, to be on the safe side.
LCG, //// there's compelling evidence that it can protect you from various forms of cancer.////

That's a pretty dodgy thing to claim. You really shouldn't be doing that.
Take squads advice. A blood screening will do no harm .
Pasta, phrasing something as it has been phrased could well give people a false sense of security and therein lies the danger.
pasta.......you can pick any online study to support one's claim.
yes..I have read that there is certain evidence that Vit C may reduce the invasivenss of certain cancers.......may......but in no studies have I seen "compelling" evidence that Vit C "protects you from certain types of cancer.

I find that statement worrying.
It’s Vit D which LCG is talking about. But that’s a slightly irrelevant point as the ‘compelling evidence’ doesn’t exist for that either.
Zacs.....I stand corrected.......a slip on my part.
Have another Coffee, Sqad ;-)
LOL.
I used to get cracks on the corner of my mouth on and off for years. I had been to many dermatologists before finally one diagnosed a deficiency in Vit B2, also known as Riboflavin. On pill 3 times a day for a few days and voilá, gone. Now when I feel it coming, a couple of pills and I am ok. Make sure when you buy the Vit B Complex it includes Vit B2. Many don't.
caveat emptor ( sort of thing )

I hope you're feeling better soon, Darcey, and the cause of your symptoms is identified.
