I want to enter trade or college, but I think I should take up College or University first. I have to take my SAT's, but does it cost money now that I'm out of school? My Mom bought all these books for me at Barnes N Noble's. I was an IDIOT in HS. Should I start all over from the bottom of ocean, to the top for FRESH AIR?

You've posted on a UK-based website but it's clear from your post that you're in the USA. (We don't have either SAT and ACT here or, indeed, anything very much like them. Our education system is vastly different to that in your country).

So it's unlikely that you'll find anyone here who can directly help you. You'll probably have more luck on a US-based Q&A site, such as Quora:
https://www.quora.com/

However we like to try to help everyone on this site, so I'll offer you these two links anyway, in the hope that they might be of use to you:

Good luck!

English Language Purists in our education system insist it should be "different from" LOL
