morning Friday already, the end of the working week for some of you. I hope that you are all in good health, and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?

I have to wait in for a phone call from the surgery about a recent blood test, though why i have had to wait 10 days for the results is anyone's guess.

I have patience but this call from the GP should have happened last week. as i had the blood test done at Moorfields two or more weeks ago. It is important as it could hold the key to a number of things.

Just phone yourself for an update!

I am running messages today getting travel money, scripts and last minute odds and sods

i was told to wait for an update on the blood test, so i have. They will let me know today if there are any problems. I am due another test in the next week, just waiting on the paperwork from the GP>

Still some cold weather to endure, followed by wet and windy.

oh well i thought it was on the turn to warmer spells. We are still experiencing warmish weather, but you feel autumn not far away...

i shall miss our warmth and sunny days, though the forecast isn't too bad, 25c wih partly sunny skies for the capital.

i do miss the early morning light, i love looking out the window and seeing the sun come up. Its still dark outside, another half an hour or more before it gets a bit brighter.... autumn is most def on the way.

that's a long flight, i don't think i could do that anymore, most i reckon is 4 hours and that would be pushing it.
