in tears as i found the whole post very moving. reiterating Lest we forget, i know it's the day after Armistice Day, but it still affects me, and i will watch the service on Sunday as well.

it is 1ozzy, i find it heartbreaking to be honest. I used to go and join the crowds down at the Cenotaph to watch the parade, but i just can't stand that long now.

not at the moment, but that can change... will see what my friend is up to today or over the weekend, she is out of isolation now after having covid, which affected her husband and daughter too, but not the son for some reason.

Then a culture change, apple pie and custard for dessert.
Guess you haven't even thought about dinner yet.
